1.  Make a One-time or on-going donation to Rachel Moore, by visiting www.transplants.org.  Click on the "Patients We Help" link. Click on Illinois on the map or key in Moore to get Rachel Moore's picture and info.

 

2.  Volunteer to serve on the Publicity Committee.  Advertise fund-raising events and the Websites www.heart4rachel.org and www.transplants.org to friends, co-workers, business community, radio, TV newpapers, magazines, churches, etc.

 

3.  Volunteer to become a "Captain and lead a team of 5, 10 or 20 people to raise $1000,00. (Each person would be responsible for giving and/or raising either $50, $100 or $200, depending on the size of the team.  If interested, please contact DeLoris Moore by email at atoj100@sbcglobal.net for more information. 

 

4.   Plan a Raffle and seek busninesses to donate the prizes.

 

5.  Plan a function for the purpose of providing a platform for proceeds to be donated to NFT in honor of Rachel Moore.  Function could be a Bake Sale, Luncheon, Breakfast, Candlelight Bowl, Walk-A Thon etc.  I
